Renewals Manager

Kipu Health is undergoing a major transformation in how they price and package their platform. They are seeking a Manager, Renewals to build and scale their renewals function, owning a book of renewals and collaborating with various teams to ensure a smooth transition for clients.

Responsibilities

Stand up Kipu’s first dedicated renewals function, building scalable processes, playbooks, and reporting
Manage a portfolio of renewal and migration opportunities from contract prep through signature
Educate clients on the shift from legacy to new pricebook, ensuring they understand timelines, incentives, and the benefits of simplified billing
Partner with CS, Sales, and Finance to align renewal strategies, incentive programs, and client messaging
Serve as escalation point for renewal blockers, objections, and concession requests
Establish performance metrics and dashboards for renewal health and forecasting in Salesforce
Hire, mentor, and grow a team of 2-3 renewals specialists as the function scales
Provide leadership with client feedback and market insights to shape pricing and renewal strategy

Qualification

Required

3–5 years in SaaS with a focus on renewals, account management, or sales operations
Proven track record in building or scaling a renewals or account management function
Salesforce fluency (accounts, opportunities, CPQ workflows)
Skilled in client negotiations, objection handling, and contract management
Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented leader with strong follow-through

Preferred

Experience guiding clients through pricing transitions or migrations
Experience standing up a new revenue-related function in a SaaS organization
Background in health tech or subscription pricing transitions
Familiarity with DocuSign, subscription billing tools, or CLM systems
