Responsibilities
Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their tables
Ensure the dining area is clean and presentable
Assist with food and beverage service as needed
Handle guest concerns in a professional manner
Clear and reset tables
Maintain health and safety regulations and follow all food safety requirements
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional
Ability to lift and carry heavy trays safely
Ability to work flexible hours, including AM and PM shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
Previous experience as a Restaurant Host, Busser, or Food Runner
