Directs the strategic planning, development, and implementation of a program
Serves as a liaison and key spokesperson to various committees and organizations
Responds to inquiries and assists in promoting the program
Assists with policy formulation, strategy development, and the management of daily operations
May collaborate with representatives from private, government, and international agencies
Conducts research, designs new initiatives, and writes publishable articles and papers
May supervise staff
Identify FAB team priorities, activities, and deliverables and assign and track tasks for completion
Develop, coordinate the annual update and monitor compliance of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) across the CHAMPS Program Office
Provide the logistics and operations support/oversight to CHAMPS Global Partners Board Meeting and Site Network meeting
Providing critical program oversight to ensure that all international travel arrangements meet Emory requirements and are in full compliance with donor regulation while striving for the most efficient travel option
Monitor the security situations in each CHAMPS site and travel routes updating a travelers security guide
Provide guidance and oversight for in-office meeting needs
Conduct literature reviews; synthesize and summarize literature surrounding global operations implementation
Provide guidance and oversight for onboarding and offboarding processes for all CHAMPS staff ensuring consistent implementation across all partner organizations including Mauve, Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine and other partner organizations
Provide Human Resource support supervisors across the CHAMPS program office with needed guidance on job description development, interview evaluations and selected candidate documentation
Provide guidance to Task Force resources around in-office support for staff, in regards to space needs, technology, room booking, facilities tickets, and other in-office needs
Coordinate and/or conduct trainings on essential workplace tools and services across the program office
Coordinate the data requests from the Gates Foundation and other possible donors, the program office, and other domestic and international stakeholders
Triage the data requests to determine the level of data required and coordinate the execution of DUAs, MTAs, and other agreements
Work with Task Force for Global Health to update existing templates as needed
Provides strategic oversight and project management support for the re-organization of the Data Access Working Group, ensure timely follow-up on action items, develop strategic agendas, and routine communication updates
Manage interaction and coordination with international organizations
Responsible for communicating, sharing, and transferring knowledge to colleagues and customers
Develops and provides effective informational and motivational presentations
Builds consensus among global partners and collaborative participants
Represents CHAMPS across TFGH and Internationally as needed
Participate fully as a member of CHAMPS program office by contributing, assisting, and participating in projects, initiatives, and activities as requested by leadership
Manage and maintain the SmartSheet system for the PO
Coordinate accounts, training, and resource needs
Coordinate with finance team to ensure appropriate licensing is assessed and maintained
Provides strategic oversight and project management support for the discrete projects, such as vaccine effectiveness
Ensures timely follow-up on action items, assistance with budget items, develop strategic agendas, and maintain routine communication updates
Create, maintain, and communicate changes to program office work plans, such as implementation planning and strategic planning; partnering with the other program office units and leadership team

Required

Bachelor's degree in a field related to the program and seven years of professional experience related to the program and previous supervisory and program/project management experience, OR equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
