Sales Operations Sr. Analyst
PennEngineering® is seeking a Sales Operations Sr. Analyst to serve as a strategic partner to PROFIL’s commercial teams. This role involves providing advanced analytics, optimizing sales processes, and supporting forecasting and demand planning initiatives.

Responsibilities
Analyze sales performance metrics (revenue, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, etc.) using advanced Excel and Power BI techniques to identify trends and opportunities
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for executive reviews, weekly revenue calls, and strategic planning
Monitor data accuracy and integrity across centralized sales tracker and reconcile booked business
Serve as SME for sales process and CRM implementation; responsible for maintaining and improving workflows, training materials, and documentation
Utilize AI-driven tools and Co-Pilot features to automate reporting, enhance forecasting accuracy, and streamline sales operations
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions for sales process improvement
Support end-to-end sales forecasting processes including consensus forecast, strategic planning cycle and annual operating plan
Collaborate with finance, operations, and materials management to reconcile forecasts and align strategic demand plans
Assist in onboarding new sales team members to ensure alignment with sales processes and tools
Coordinate sales incentive target setting and track performance to target
Function as a liaison between sales, finance, marketing, and IT to ensure alignment on data, tools, and strategic initiatives
Participate in strategic projects including dashboard development, pricing analysis, and partner enablement
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency across systems
Monitor pricing compliance and support audits and reporting requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics or related field
5-10 years related experience
Experience in sales, sales operations, business analysis, or commercial project management
Experience in automotive industry
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools
Firsthand experience with AI and CoPilot technologies in a sales environment
Proficiency in CRM systems
Strong knowledge of forecasting and demand planning methodologies
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities across global teams
