Responsibilities

Lead & Grow Programs: Design, launch, and scale programs that accelerate innovation, entrepreneurship, and venture development

Ecosystem Building: Develop strong partnerships with entrepreneurs, investors, corporations, and community organizations to expand University’s reach and impact

Operational Excellence: Oversee program operations, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency and sustainability

Mentorship & Engagement: Connect students, faculty, and founders to mentors and industry experts who can guide idea-to-impact journeys

Innovation Culture: Promote an entrepreneurial mindset across the university through workshops, events, and storytelling

Continuous Improvement: Use data, feedback, and insights to refine existing initiatives and shape new opportunities that align with the University’s strategic vision
