Responsibilities
Support applications, desktops, and scripts throughout their life cycles
Provide excellent customer support
Quickly learn new technologies
Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and management tools
Manage projects including milestones and target completion dates
Knowledge of desktop and server hardware, including performance optimization
Familiarity with MDM/MAM solutions
Fundamental knowledge of IP networking, routing, and system security
Utilize PowerShell in management of systems
Proficiency in VOIP and SIP video conferencing technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management Information Systems or Computer Sciences
4+ years of progressive enterprise infrastructure exposure supporting end user systems in an enterprise environment
2+ years engineering and implementing end user systems in an enterprise environment
Administration level knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows Operating Systems
Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and management tools
Experience managing projects including milestones and target completion dates
Knowledge of desktop and server hardware, including performance optimization
Familiarity with MDM/MAM solutions
Fundamental knowledge of IP networking, routing, and system security
Strong exposure to utilizing PowerShell in management of systems
Proficiency in VOIP and SIP video conferencing technologies
Preferred
Programming and scripting languages
Imaging solutions such as Windows Deployment Services and System Center Configuration Manager
Understanding of Unix/Linux especially RHEL and CentOS
Basic understanding of coding best-practices and version control
Usage of configuration management systems and automation technologies such as Ansible
Exposure to JIRA and Confluence or similar suites or ticketing systems
Software management including repackaging, scripted installations, and deployment
Leading technical training, both one-on-one and in group sessions
