Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise in subsea and deepwater Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems, developing solutions for configuration, performance estimation, and economic analysis during the pre-ITO (Inquiry-to-Order) phase while collaborating with the commercial team
Design high-complexity ESP systems using proven technologies, methodologies, and best practices
Possess a deep understanding of ESP system architecture
Possess a deep understanding of subsea and deepwater production markets and customer economic drivers to support winning bid strategies
Conduct ITO technical analysis, including:
Assessing client needs and defining optimized product solutions
Developing scope descriptions, schedules, and cost estimates in compliance with contract terms and internal policies
Prepare documentation of technical specifications and costing elements for subsequent contract execution phases
Support OTR (Order-to-Remittance) activities by customizing ESP products and implementing solutions tailored to specific customer requirements
Communicate effectively across the organization, presenting technical solutions to senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Develop cross-technology solutions by connecting technologies and collaborating on cross-functional projects to deliver integrated solutions
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements impacting subsea ESP applications

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 10 additional years of experience in Customer Application Engineering
Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Subsea and/or Deepwater ESP Applications Engineering

Preferred

Experience in Artificial Lift Systems market in a Sales, Applications, or Service Delivery function
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to influence others and lead small teams
Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
Effective problem identification and solution skills
Proven analytical and organizational ability
