Responsibilities
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment in line with Vantage safety standards
Accurately receive, process, and fill customer orders
Perform inventory transactions, transfers, and reconciliations using ERP systems (Infor Visual)
Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain appropriate stock levels
Operate warehouse equipment and assist with deliveries and pickups as needed
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
Provide exceptional service to customers in person, over the phone, and via email
Process and track customer orders accurately and efficiently
Learn product part numbers, applications, and functions to better assist customers
Partner with other Vantage locations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns related to products, pricing, and delivery
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
At least 1 year in a warehouse or customer service-related role
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Valid driver's license required
Preferred
Experience in the elevator industry is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or POS systems preferred
Forklift operation experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
