Responsibilities

Quarterly Development of Estimate at Completion (EACs)
Interfacing with Control Account Managers, Program Management, the Integrated Product Leadership Team, and ensuring compliance with financial policies
Analysis of program performance, utilization of PRISM tools, assisting with initial baseline for new awards
Provide training and mentoring to team members
Support review and forecast of Bookings, Sales, Earnings and Cash forecast to Financial Planning
Summary contract level inputs and updates to Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
Contribute to cross-functional teams with an emphasis on financial implications of team decisions and ensure finance team knowledge of program decisions
Develop, utilize, and disseminate process improvement and tool improvement opportunities to enhance analytical opportunities for the entire finance team
Ad-hoc request support in a fast-paced environment (RFI's, UCA proposal support)

Required

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Finance, Accounting or a directly related field. or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Experience using SAP (APEX, PRISM, and/or BW/AO), RTN PMX or similar financial systems
Experience with EVMS, Program Controls (Cost/Schedule) and/or EAC Process
EVMS Certification or achieve EVMS Certification within 6 months of hiring

Preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
A dedicated and positive attitude with the ability to meet critical deadlines and develop reports to drive solutions and continued process improvements
Advanced Excel Skills
