Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Screen resumes and assess candidate alignment with role requirements
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role expectations
Maintain accurate candidate data and activity in the ATS
Support diversity sourcing initiatives and market mapping efforts
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting (corporate or agency)
Strong experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques
Familiarity with ATS and candidate tracking systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
Preferred
Experience sourcing for technical, professional, or high-volume roles
Knowledge of local Charleston or Southeast US talent markets
Prior experience in staffing or RPO environments
