Enrollment Specialist
Integra Connect is a value-based, precision medicine company specializing in Health IT and digital health solutions. The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for maintaining enrollment materials, completing enrollment forms, and ensuring that necessary information and signatures are obtained for all payors.
Responsibilities
Prepare applications for all new providers, coordinate and organize supporting documentation, obtain signatures, and submit applications to carriers
Maintain and organize supporting documentation to accompany various existing provider enrollment applications, such as revalidations for existing clients
Maintain and/or correct existing provider files (credentialing). Maintain W-9s
Track the status of existing and pending applications and follow up to obtain new provider numbers
Support the Enrollment Help Desk and assist with EDI Enrollment requests. Update database tickets.Resolve customer inquiries
Request new bank account information and complete set up of Electronic File Transfers (ACH drafts) and coordinate with EDI for 835 (ERA) enrollment and/or portal access for obtaining EOBs for new and existing clients
Maintain relationships with clients, internal and external department peers, and team members to facilitate enrollment. Attend meetings and provide feedback
Research and assist in the development of SOP for enrollment requirements by payor to facilitate education and training of IC staff as a Subject Matter Expert on working knowledge of payor policies, requirements, and necessary forms for multiple states. Update management on all changes to enrollment requirements; Complete and update all required enrollment forms as required by each payor in the database
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Minimum of three years of previous work experience in medical billing and possess basic knowledge of ambulance licensing requirements on local levels for all operating areas
Knowledge of enrollment regulations
Familiarity and proficiency with the policies and procedures of the Enrollment department
Working knowledge of Billing and Coding
Be able to troubleshoot and problem-solve
Understanding of HIPPA requirements
Understanding of Compliance
Understanding of Business Ethics
