Responsibilities
Build the initial product in partnership with a small team, which you will partake in building
Lead fundraising efforts as necessary beyond the initial tranche of capital, which will be provided by the venture studio
Build and oversee the development and implementation of the product roadmap
Build and nurture a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. All teams at our venture studio will work Monday-Friday fully in person, and will work hard. Most co-founders work 12+ hour days in the office during the week, and often work on weekends as necessary too
Qualification
Required
Unique level of passion & drive; able to motivate yourself and those around you to build incredible products & ensure that they are marketable
Potential and desire to build a new product, and build it quickly - iterating on customer feedback
An ability to work across functions - as a CEO and Co-Founder of a new business, you will need to do marketing, operations, product management, etc
