Start in 2026 SpringDream Golf is seeking an Agronomy Intern for their Wild Spring Dunes resort, offering an immersive experience in golf course management. The role involves working closely with the agronomy leadership team to gain expertise in turfgrass management, irrigation, and golf course operations.

Responsibilities
Operation, troubleshooting, and repair of irrigation systems; moisture management; POGO data collection
Calibration, safe handling, and application of fertilizers and plant protectants; recordkeeping and inventory management
Daily course set-up, mowing, rolling, hand watering, bunker maintenance, and surface preparation for championship conditioning
Crew management, work planning, scheduling, and team leadership during daily setup and cultural practices
Exposure to in-progress course development, drainage, grow-in practices, and project management
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related program
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn both maintenance and project management
Able to work varying hours, including early mornings, weekends, holidays and in varying weather conditions
Demonstrates strong teamwork, communication, and leadership potential
Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, bend, and kneel for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, 30 lbs. frequently, and 10 lbs. consistently
