Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of DevOps and automation engineers, providing technical guidance, career development, and performance management
Define and execute the IT automation and DevOps roadmap aligned with organization goals
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (IT Operations, Security, Product Engineering, and Compliance) to drive operational excellence
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and Jenkins
Oversee configuration management and deployment automation across multi-cloud environments
Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability through monitoring and observability solutions
Identify opportunities for automation across IT processes (provisioning, onboarding, compliance, incident management, etc.)
Build and maintain scripts, bots, and workflows to improve operational efficiency
Drive the adoption of automation platforms and self-service tools for internal teams
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in IT engineering or DevOps, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven experience with automation tools (Workato or Moveworks preferred) and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
Deep understanding of CI/CD, IaC, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong background in systems monitoring, logging, and observability (Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus, etc.)
Experience implementing best practices and integrating security in pipelines
Strong analytic skills with a bias for action and continuous improvement
Preferred
Experience with automation tools (Workato or Moveworks preferred)
