New Grad, Entry LevelWalker Consultants is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Drafting and Field Specialist to join our Tampa office. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to support a wide range of restoration and repair projects.

Responsibilities
Prepare project drawings and construction documents in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD based on redlines/markups, following Walker and industry standards
Develop and manage detailed 3D models in Revit
Coordinate drawings with internal design teams and external clients
Assist with field condition assessments, documentation, and developing repair solutions
Support project managers by reviewing construction progress, preparing field reports, and completing punch lists
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in Engineering/Architectural Technology, Building Construction Technology, or a related field
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Clear written and verbal communication skills
A team-first mindset and strong attention to detail
Preferred
Experience in structural, architectural, or construction disciplines
