They are seeking a motivated Law Clerk to join their Motions Writs Appeals team, who will assist in legal research, case strategy discussions, and collaborate with senior attorneys on various projects.

Work closely with the rest of the MWA team on developing legal strategies in cutting-edge cases

Perform detailed and complex legal research

Assist on a large firm project to provide reference memorandums for all 50 states on specified legal areas

Participate in case strategy discussions and contribute innovative ideas

Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on cases
