Responsibilities

Perform reviews pursuant to the requirements of the SRA including but not limited to Appendix IV reviews

Responsible for working with agents and underwriters on any errors and corrections

Provide oral and written communication to agents, insured’s, and adjusters regarding reviews

Responsible for working closely with ASNA employees and contractors on matters related to quality control reviews

Communicates review and case determinations, including proposed corrective actions to the Regional Quality Control Supervisor

Responsible for staying abreast of understanding, interpreting, and communicating RMA and SRA rules/regulations

Other duties as assigned

Required

High School/GED Or Equivalent Experience

Strong attention to detail

Excellent effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of people within and outside the organization

Ability to successfully handle multiple assignments and coordinate several projects with changing priorities

Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work both autonomously and effectively in a team environment

Ability to make decisions using sound judgment

Willing and able to travel within 150 miles of Horry County, SC

Ability to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions

Ability to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and ascend or descend ladders

Preferred

Associate's Degree in Agriculture or similar field

a minimum of 2 years' MPCI crop adjusting, or related crop insurance experience
