Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of NTTR, ensuring that RS Operations and Management Division comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities
Represents NTTR with a variety of installation and functional area organizations
Provide direction and management of the NTTR's primary technical support contract

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Demand Reduction Program. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing
One year of specialized experience at the GS-12 level or equivalent in other pay systems
Knowledge of electronic-electrical equipment required in the operations, maintenance and support of an electronic combat range
Knowledge of safety and security regulations, practices and procedures
Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of a small to medium sized organization
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to analyze, plan and adjust work operational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources
Knowledge of and skill in applying various methods and techniques for investigating, analyzing and effecting corrective action
Knowledge of a wide range of methods, principles, and practices to evaluate contractor conformance to contractual quality requirements
