Review and track development turnover dates, recommending strategic opening dates that maximize operating weeks and Growth team capacity, while maintaining detailed reports on all schedule adjustments

Create strategic Growth team deployment schedules to reduce costs and maximize efficiency, recommending trainer staffing and hiring needs to support optimal growth plans

Enhance, update, and maintain all resources and materials related to Growth Planning

Provide ongoing analysis and recommendations to maximize efficiency, reduce cost, and achieve optimal opening plans

Serve as a liaison between the field and all departments regarding Growth activities

Utilize the project management system to track all Growth-related information and documents, building process improvements and enhancements to the tool as necessary
