Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers on well-scoped components or projects
Contribute to the delivery of larger projects, focusing on skill development
Assist in executing the company's product strategy
Support the product team by volunteering for relevant projects
Participate in preexisting team processes
Lead 0-1 feature teams as assigned
Handle projects with well-defined scopes and quarterly milestones
Work under the guidance of a PM2 or senior dev/manager
Manage project priorities within a single product scope
Participate in group discussions and contribute to group decision-making
Provide relevant feedback during group conversations
Conduct research tasks, summarizing findings qualitatively and quantitatively
Communicate updates and information to team members responsible for customer communication
Drive energy and highlight success within your immediate feature team
Contribute to data gathering that supports product strategy defined by others

Ability to start late June 2026 alongside other cohort members
Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
Curiosity and a strong desire for learning and improvement

Demonstrated leadership abilities within a team
Interest in financial markets and fintech
Eligibility to work in the US without employer sponsorship
Bachelor's degree in any business-related major, preferably Computer Information Systems or Management Information Systems with business experience
Minimum requirement of a 2.5 cumulative GPA
