Responsibilities
Develop people systems that bring our unique culture to life — spanning talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, and people operations
Design and drive key business rhythms — from goal setting and planning to cross-functional collaboration and execution
Do a round of teammate check-ins to guide where you think our ELT and leadership team need to spend more/less time
Outline a refreshed point of view on our teammate value prop
Vibe code a prototype for a tool you think could boost our own teammates’ experience
Implement a new system for visibility and prioritization across ongoing cross-functional projects
Figure out how to set up operations in a new country
Define what success looks like with relevant CBRE stakeholders for a joint project
Wear a funny costume while hosting a simultaneous virtual Olympics-style competition between all Industrious cities
Qualification
Required
You've led at scale - managed a distributed team across multiple geographies, balancing connection with operational excellence
You've built through growth - helped take a company from mid-tier to big-tier, shaping the people engine that powered expansion
You've operated within complexity - navigated a global business where influence happens one-to-many, not just one-to-one
You've sat at the senior table - partnered with other executives to grind through global company strategy, especially in the late-stage growth push to double in size
