Senior Partnerships Manager
Nooks is a startup pioneering Classified Infrastructure-as-a-Service (CIaaS) to enhance national security through efficient access to classified infrastructure. The Senior Partnerships Manager will own and expand strategic relationships with government and industry partners, focusing on key contracts and driving measurable growth while shaping the company’s partnership strategy.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow strategic relationships with federal and defense partners
Lead initiatives tied to key government contracts and federal PEOs and resource managers to expand Nooks’ classified infrastructure and supporting services offering
Collaborate with leadership to identify, negotiate, and activate new partnership opportunities
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy and activities that drive top-line revenue growth with government and industry stakeholders
Work closely with real estate and product teams to align Nook's overall site and product growth with demand signals
Manage partnership efforts and workstreams with external consultants/advisors to maximize ROI
Serve as the principal partnership leader, coordinating a cross-functional internal team (e.g, real estate, product, finance, legal) to ensure rapid due diligence and formal agreement closure
Qualification
Required
8+ years in business development or partnership management within federal or defense sectors
Deep understanding of government procurement, contracting, and acquisition pathways
Proven ability to build credibility and long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
Executive-grade presentation skills with emphasis on storytelling and cross-functional alignment
Experience managing external consultants and advisors
You must be eligible to work in the U.S and eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance
