The ideal candidate will mentor team members, set technical direction, and collaborate across departments to deliver innovative AI-driven products
Qualification
Required
Backend .NET Core (C#), Web API, Entity Framework, SQL Server
Frontend Angular, TypeScript, RxJS
AI / ML Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines
Cloud & DevOps Azure (ML, Functions, DevOps), containerization
MLOps CI/CD pipelines, model validation & reranking
Architecture SOLID principles, clean code, microservices, REST APIs
3–5+ years' experience working with .NET Core and Angular in full-stack roles
Hands-on experience building and deploying ML/AI solutions, preferably in production
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Predictive Analytics
Familiarity with MLOps, Docker, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of high-performance computing and data engineering
Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholder engagement
Preferred
Familiarity with MLOps frameworks like Kubeflow, Zenflow, Kedro or DVC
Experience with model Interpretability tools, bias mitigation, or AI regulatory compliance
Experience with microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and event-driven messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Exposure to vertical industries like Logistics, finance, healthcare, or enterprise SaaS
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines
Knowledge of graph databases and neural network architectures
