Responsibilities

Develops and/or reviews work packages including time, material, and labor estimates, written step-by-step work instructions, procedures, and/or safety and testing requirements for the implementation and control of operations, maintenance, or modification of work activities within a given facility or area
Specific planning duties may be related to mechanical, electrical, chemical and/or radiological equipment, policies, and procedures and may also include resolving work restraints and bringing work packages to final closure
Your role will be supporting the three program leads for RAMP, CHAMP and LAMP and shall have responsible for developing and/or reviewing work packages (IWDs) including time, material, labor estimates, written step-by-step work instructions, procedures, safety and testing requirements for maintenance, construction or modification of work activities
Work will include Safety Walks, Identifying any safety issues, planning work and project oversight
Assessments, Design and Execution, Planning and execution of pop-up work

Required

Position typically requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Q-Clearance (ability to obtain is OK) strong preference if they already have a Q

Education/ Degree? Bachelor's and 5 years and experience (additional experience in lieu of degree would be considered
Software knowledge requirements? Office suite; spreadsheets, work, PPT
Not willing to be flexible as schedules sometimes needs to change to cover work; willing to work on different areas and being onsite as needed
Are there any physical requirements for this? (Lifting 50 lbs, walking up stairs, standing for extended period of time, etc?) Climb ladders, will be on roofs, walking different terrains and constructions sites
Top skills that are desired: Planning experience (technical step writing), Construction experience
