Responsibilities
Lead a team of systems engineers in designing, developing, and delivering advanced systems driving innovation, safety, and efficiency
Support and deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers
Work under limited supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented engineers
Contribute to the development of Honeywell's next generation products by designing, testing, and validating products/processes from prototype to market
Interact with internal and external customers to facilitate the completion of products to customer specifications
Act as a mentor to more junior engineers
Qualification
Required
Broad background in mechanical engineering
Broad background in computer science
Ability to work closely with electrical, materials, and manufacturing functions
Experience in designing, testing and validating products/processes from prototype to market
Experience leading a team of systems engineers
Ability to work under limited supervision
Experience interacting with internal and external customers
Experience mentoring junior engineers
