Sr Human Resources Generalist

The Sr. Human Resources Generalist will manage a wide range of HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new and promoted employees
Address employee concerns, manage workplace conflicts, and conduct investigations in response to complaints
Support performance evaluations, assist with goal setting, and administer mid-year and annual review processes
Develop initiatives to monitor and enhance employee morale, engagement, and retention
Ensure compliance with company policies as well as all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Support benefit and leave programs, providing guidance to employees as needed
Maintain accuracy and timeliness of HR data and records in the company’s HRIS system
Identify organizational training needs, coordinate and facilitate learning programs, and track mandatory and non-mandatory training compliance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 4 - 7 years of job-related experience in Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
Demonstrated ability to address and resolve employee issues and workplace disputes
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret HR data for decision-making
Ability to maintain a high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Comfortable working with remote and hybrid workforces

Preferred

SHRM-CP certification preferred but not required
