Start in 2026 SpringSoccer Shots Franchising is looking for a Spring 2026 Paid Youth Sports Intern in Nashville, TN. The intern will assist in executing the Soccer Shots season, participate in coaching sessions, and gain experience in various aspects of sports management, marketing, and customer service.

Responsibilities
Assist in the overall execution of the scheduled Soccer Shots season
Plan and run free clinic
Coach sessions throughout the season
Video/photo projects
Run demos and attend promo events
Participate in business development with Program Director
Correspond with center directors
Participate in social media content creation and communication
Create, print, and distribute registration forms and promotional materials
Prepare and keep record of equipment sets and gear for instructors
Assist in preparation of instructor training meeting
Prepare direct mail and other marketing documents
Prepare and distribute seasons prizes and certificates
Data entry
Attend Director Round Table discussions and staff meetings, as available
Submit final report to Soccer Shots on experience
Qualification
Required
Prior soccer experience is not required. We only require the passion for positively impacting children's lives through the love of sports and fitness
Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle
Must be at least 18 years of age
At least one consistent Weekday Evening (4pm-7pm) & one weekend morning (8am-12pm) available per week
