Responsibilities
Analyze and document business workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization
Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for performance tracking and management insights
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
Create process documentation, user manuals, and training materials for automated workflows and dashboards
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support deployment activities for process automation initiatives
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting
Support ongoing process improvement projects and proactively identify opportunities for operational excellence
Troubleshoot and maintain existing automation solutions and ensure data accuracy in reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
3 5 years of relevant experience in Power BI development and Power Automate workflow creation
Hands-on experience in SQL and data visualization
Strong understanding of business process analysis and automation methodologies
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
Preferred
Experience in supporting U.S. clients or working in night shift (US process) environments
