Pricing Analyst II

Responsibilities
Conducting in-depth pricing analysis and identifying opportunities for optimization and making recommendations for improving price realization and financial results
Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics related to pricing, and making recommendations for adjustments as needed to ensure continued success
Execute day-to-day standard pricing processes and implementing pricing strategies and tactics that maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to develop pricing plans and promotions that support business objectives
Developing and refining pricing models based on business objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or related field
5-7 years of manufacturing experience
Advanced Excel skills
Power BI experience
SAP or S4 experience
Ability to perform detailed financial analysis and modeling, including using financial software and tools
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets to develop insights and recommendations
Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends and data, and identify new pricing opportunities
Ability to implement pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability
Ability to use data analysis tools and techniques to visualize and communicate pricing insights and recommendations
Ability to communicate complex pricing information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, meet deadlines and work independently
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors and discrepancies in financial and pricing data
Knowledge of the company's business and industry, including the ability to understand market trends and competitive dynamics
Analytical mindset
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
