Responsibilities

Lead and execute strategic operations initiatives across supply chain, customer experience, and internal systems

Scale service supply chain capabilities to meet future growth and optimize operational processes to reduce inefficiencies

Own a significant claims expense line in the P&L and drive cost reduction while maintaining service excellence

Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales) and external partners to meet aggressive business targets

Manage and mentor a team of managers and contributors

Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Qualification

Required

5–8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, supply chain, operations, or a related field

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic decisions

Strong analytical skills with a bias for action and execution

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft CoPilot or similar tools is a plus

Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with executive audiences

Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving

Preferred

MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred
