Responsibilities
Architect and build backend systems in Python powering agent-based automation
Develop APIs, microservices, and data pipelines supporting real-time workflows
Contribute to LLM evaluation, agent reliability, and workflow orchestration
Integrate with healthcare systems, web workflows, and internal tools
Drive engineering best practices, DevOps, CI/CD, and scalable cloud architecture
Collaborate directly with founders across product and strategy
Qualification
Required
Experience designing APIs or distributed systems
Interest or experience with LLMs, generative AI, or agentic workflows
Strong cloud experience (AWS or GCP) and containerization
Thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Excellent communicator, comfortable in a founding-level role, or automation tools
