Responsibilities

Leads month-end and year-end closing processes for a specific number of clinics, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial statements, general ledger analysis, and journal entries

Prepares monthly journal entries, reconciles balance sheet accounts and ensures the clinic financial statements are accurate and complete

Reconciles accounts receivable, cash receipts, credit card transactions, and disbursements to the general ledger

Prepares clear and organized account analysis for balance sheet accounts and maintains reconciliation of clearing accounts

Assist in audit preparations, including year-end audits and subsystem interfaces, ensuring data accuracy and compliance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business goals

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency
