SMT Process Engineer
Katalyst Healthcares & Life Sciences is seeking an SMT Process Engineer to implement and sustain processes for the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards. The role involves driving process improvements and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent manufacturing performance.

Responsibilities
Implement and sustain equipment and processes used in the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) with Thru-Hole and Surface Mount Technology
Design, develop, specify, install, organize, document, implement, and maintain equipment and processes for PCBs housed in plastic cases, metal enclosures, or potting materials
Drive process improvements and modifications to enhance production quality, efficiency, and reliability
Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing manufacturing goals and ensure consistent process performance
Qualification
Required
BS Degree
7+ years of hands-on experience and direct customer interaction
Experience with Surface Mount Technology (SMT)
Experience with Thru-Hole Technology
Experience in the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards
