Senior Cybersecurity Privileged Access Technical Analyst

The Senior Cybersecurity Privileged Access Technical Analyst will manage the Privileged Access Management environment, focusing on CyberArk, and will be responsible for onboarding accounts, resolving technical issues, and integrating CyberArk across the organization.

Responsibilities

Serves as ‘Vault Admin’ to onboard accounts into CyberArk as defined by Penn Medicine
Serves as primary application owner of Venafi for SSL certificate management
Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures
Ensures full operability of CyberArk application
Executes project tasks related to the PAM discipline at Penn Medicine
Champions and promotes the adoption of CyberArk across all AD domains
Understands and gathers business requirements, translates them to technical requirements and designs the solution to meet the tactical and strategic approaches
Works with teams/partners to integrate CyberArk to expand use cases and features, driving increased value to business and risk reduction to the organization
Provides support over CyberArk to end users of the application
Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
Develops, and implements meaningful metrics to measure and improve the efficacy of Cybersecurity IDM capabilities
Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures
Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree
5+ years IT experience, with 2+ years within cybersecurity
2+ years IAM cybersecurity experience
2+ years Hands-on CyberArk experience

Preferred

Current CyberArk Certification at level 2/Defender or higher
Certified Information Systems Security Cert, CISSP
3+ years Healthcare or related experience
