Responsibilities
Execute the organization's sourcing strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and delivers value
Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, cost savings, and quality improvements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define material, quality, and service requirements and ensure alignment with sourcing strategies
Develop and use scorecards to measure and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sourcing operations
Explore and evaluate new sources, methods, and vendors to ensure a reliable supply of materials
Qualification
Required
10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
Progressive experience in Technology Strategic Sourcing and Procurement with proven success influencing VP+ level stakeholders
Deep expertise in Telecom, Connectivity, Hardware, SaaS, Infrastructure, Data Centers, and Cloud Providers
Market-connected leader with strong, direct relationships across the technology ecosystem — able to anticipate shifts, shape negotiations, and advise the enterprise from a position of strength
Track record of leading large-scale sourcing transformations and designing modern operating models that deliver measurable business impact
Known for challenging the status quo and guiding executives through complex strategic decisions with clarity and authority
Exceptional executive presence, communication, and business acumen; skilled at translating data and market insight into strategic direction
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Procurement certifications preferred
Global experience and proficiency in Category Management, Ariba, and BI tools
