Responsibilities

Leads projects of diverse scope, while working independently with limited supervision

Supports continuous improvement/automation activities

Prepares project plans, project controls, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates

Coordinates order, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of project equipment/services with key stakeholders

Monitors progress and performance against the project plan

Takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays

Identifies, develops, and gathers the resources necessary to complete the project

Prepares engineering standards, designs, and work specifications

Builds relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders

Required

Typically requires a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
