Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (sourcing → offer)

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans

Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative channels

Screen candidates for experience, skills, and culture fit

Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience

Maintain accurate data in the ATS and provide regular hiring updates

Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives

Qualification

Required

2–5 years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting

Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, etc.)

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Preferred

Experience recruiting for roles in engineering, manufacturing, IT, or corporate functions is a plus
