This role will support Corporate Finance and Strategy teams by transforming complex data into actionable insights to drive performance improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities
Partner cross-functionally throughout the organization to analyze performance trends, identify opportunities, and support decision-making
Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that align with business goals
Translate ambiguous business questions into structured problems with measurable KPIs
Monitor KPIs for global and regional business units, flagging risks and opportunities early
Apply advanced analytic techniques (e.g., linear programming, simulations, clustering, decision analysis, etc.) to solve complex business problems
Build, implement, and maintain intuitive reports and dashboards, including workflows and data transformations, using tools such as Power BI and Alteryx
Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
Keep up on data industry trends and the availability of upgrades to key systems, and advise organizational leaders when changes/upgrades need to be made
Effectively communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to Senior Management and other stakeholders within the Company
Qualification
Required
BS/BA in related field required
5+ years in business analytics, optimization, strategy, or operations research roles, ideally in a retail, consumer goods, or ecommerce setting
Strong logical reasoning skills and business intelligence
Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities
Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Alteryx
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Proficient with data discovery / statistical analysis tools
Preferred
Experience in business process improvement or strategic planning
Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects, while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
