They are seeking a part-time Area Supervisor to join their leadership team in overseeing and managing local School Crossing Guard programs.

Overseeing and managing local School Crossing Guard programs
Working with crossing guards at their field assignments both before and after school
Qualification
Required
Be self-motivated and dependable
Be a personable, friendly and passionate leader
Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record
Able to lift/ transport various items or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Must be available to work with crossing guards at their field assignments both before and after school
Basic computer skills are required
Preferred
1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
Candidates residing in KCMO are preferred
