Senior Market Access Writer

The Senior Market Access Writer will support Value & Access projects within the Health Economics and Value and Access team, combining scientific writing expertise with knowledge of health economics and market access strategy.

Responsibilities

Write and review literature reviews, manuscripts, formulary submission dossiers, product value dossiers, and other health outcomes documents
Create literature search strategies and detailed protocols tailored to specific project needs
Review abstracts and full-text publications identified through systematic literature searches
Design data extraction forms and lead or guide the data extraction process
Assess the quality and relevance of studies using established criteria
Develop comprehensive reports summarizing findings from literature reviews, including methodology, results, and implications
Conduct desktop research using online sources to gather, analyze, and summarize relevant information for inclusion in strategic documents
Apply knowledge of pharmaceutical development, regulatory pathways, and reimbursement processes
Develop US payer communication materials, including Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) dossiers and Pre-approval Information Exchange (PIE) slide decks

Required

PharmD or PhD with at least 1 year of experience, or Master's degree with at least 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in medical or clinical writing, preferably gained in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or contract research organization setting (or equivalent)
Scientific writing experience in academic, publication, or industry settings will be considered where relevant
Experience writing global value dossiers, reimbursement dossiers, and literature reviews

Preferred

Background in health economics or related field
Familiarity with US payer communication materials and market access strategy
