Responsibilities
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and all financial reporting transactions
Analyze financial results , including trends, costs, variances, and budget performance
Prepare forecasting reports for income, expenses, and earnings
Ensure all accounting activities comply with GAAP (and IFRS if applicable)
Manage tax schedules, returns, and corporate income tax compliance
Develop and maintain policies and procedures to resolve accounting issues and improve financial processes
Implement process improvements to create a more efficient month-end close and reporting process
Support audits, oversee internal controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic financial guidance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years of experience in accounting/finance, including 5+ years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and corporate accounting workflows
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Preferred
Master's degree
CPA, CMA, or CGMA
Prior experience in public accounting
