Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity and compliance with company standards
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to drive continuous improvement
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to meet financial and operational targets
Monitor performance metrics and indicators to evaluate efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Quality and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies
Lead, mentor, and develop staff to enhance skills, engagement, and performance
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
Find opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost savings
Drive organizational initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
Five years of management experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong knowledge of manufacturing systems
Proven experience in Operations Management, process improvement, or a similar leadership role
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, optimize processes, and drive results
Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
