Director of Demand Generation

Responsibilities
Lead Demand Strategy: Own the demand generation strategy for Residential Home Construction (RHC), Lumber and Building Materials (LBM) and Distribution divisions, aligning with divisional goals and sales priorities
Drive New System Sales & Cross-Sell: Develop targeted campaigns and programs that generate demand for new customer acquisition and expand existing customer relationships through cross-sell initiatives
Team Leadership & Enablement: Manage and mentor DG Campaign Managers and Coordinators, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Campaign Oversight: Guide the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns across Paid Digital, Tradeshows, Email, and 3rd Party Lead Generation, as well as ABM and partner channels. Ensure messaging and targeting are aligned with buyer personas and vertical-specific challenges
Sales & BDR Alignment: Partner closely with divisional sales and BDR teams to ensure lead quality, optimize funnel conversion, and drive pipeline acceleration
Content & Messaging Strategy: Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to ensure campaigns are supported by compelling assets tailored to ERP buyers in each vertical
Leverage AI for Content Creation: Use AI tools to support scalable and personalized content creation across campaigns, enhancing relevance and engagement
Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance using real-time dashboards and analytics tools. Drive improvements in ROMI, conversion rates, and buyer engagement
Technology & Process Excellence: Champion the use of marketing automation, CRM, attribution, and ABM platforms to scale and personalize outreach. Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and lead management processes
Budget & Forecasting: Manage demand generation budgets and contribute to forecasting efforts in partnership with Revenue Operations
Qualification
Required
8+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven success in managing high-performing teams and scaling demand generation programs
Strong analytical skills and experience with Salesforce, Marketo (or other marketing automation platforms) (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), attribution tools, and ABM platforms
Experience collaborating with BDR and sales teams to drive pipeline and bookings
Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
A bias for action, innovation, and continuous learning
Preferred
Deep understanding of the RHC, LBM, or Distribution industries preferred
