Responsibilities
Participating in the design leadership and production of conceptual design and construction documents for Landscape Architectural projects
Assisting with client communication and project coordination
Producing project graphics in the plan, section, and 3-D / Perspective views
Conducting site design, inventory, and analysis
Participating in teams and project meetings
Conducting bidding support, RFI’s, and Construction Phase Services
Collaborating with our team across a broad range of project types
Some travel is required, mostly driving within the State of Florida (up to 15%)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited University program
Licensure in the State of Florida
Demonstrated experience with free-hand sketches, digital rendering, master site planning and detailed site design
AutoCAD, Land F/X, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion
Landscape Construction Design
Strong written and communication skills
Driver's License
Prof Landscape Arch (PLA)
Preferred
Masters in Landscape Architecture or related field
FDOT experience is a plus, but not required
