Entry-Level Asset Management Engineer
CAMS is seeking a technically-minded and analytically-driven Entry-Level Asset Management Engineer to support the performance and optimization of thermal and renewable power generation assets. This role involves monitoring asset performance, supporting budgeting and planning, and ensuring compliance with operational and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring technical and financial performance indicators for energy assets
Support the development of annual operating budgets and business plans
Help ensure compliance with technical contracts and reporting obligations
Contribute to performance reporting and stakeholder communications
Build and maintain engineering and financial models using Excel and other tools for energy invoicing and performance reporting
Participate in meetings with project owners, operators, and technical teams
Collaborate with subject matter experts across engineering, finance, and operations
Help organize and maintain technical documentation and project records
Learn to identify operational trends and recommend improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (required)
0–2 years of experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Interest in energy systems, asset performance, and business operations
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
