Responsibilities

Own from the circuit design, EM simulation and physical layout to the quality assurance for tapeout of the passive circuit

Qualification

Electromagnetic theoryMicrowave engineeringEM passive designsEM simulation toolsOn-wafer measurementCommunication skills

Required

BS and 3 +years of relevant industry experience
Electrical and Physical design of EM/Microwave components and circuits
Working with RF/packaging/CAD/Process engineering multi-functional teams to architect and develop future RF on chip passives

Preferred

Demonstrates deep knowledge on electromagnetic theory, microwave engineering and antenna engineering
Proficiency with EM passive designs and familiarity with EM simulation tools like HFSS, EMX, or Momentum
Experience on chip EM modeling is helpful
Familiar with on-wafer measurement, have experience using VNA, TDR, LCR meters etc
Excellent academic background with industry related work experience beyond graduate school studies
Good written and verbal communication skills
