File project: Transfer current employee files to digital files on SharePoint
Policy review: Updating wording to be current on policies and procedures
Homogenize documents: Ensure interview questions have an equivalent format
Performance management project: Complete follow-up on performance reviews
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in an accredited degree program
Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and Excel
Effective communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to communicate professionally with staff, volunteers, and others
Good organizational skills
Detail-oriented
