Responsibilities

Lead month-end, budgeting, and forecasting processes across multiple US divisions

Review and analyze monthly reports, support business reviews, and prepare commentaries for group reporting

Ensure IFRS and regulatory compliance, including state and federal requirements

Oversee annual audits and internal controls testing

Support business cases, M&A due diligence, and integration activities

Translate financial data into actionable insights to guide decision-making

Participate in underwriting for bids and new contracts

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance reporting accuracy

Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives

Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform portfolio decisions

Contribute to long-term business planning and KPI development
