Responsibilities

Project Management - Oversee new installation projects to ensure efficient, profitable close-out. Provide approved submittals and ensure timely delivery of materials from vendors. Collaborate with the Field Superintendents to monitor job progress and address potential delays with action plans. Partner with Engineering and local & regional management for successful completion of the projectt. Maintain vendor relationships and assist with monthly forecasting and budget planning. Identify change notice opportunities, prepare paperwork, and secure customer approvals before work begins
Financial & Change Order Support - Monitor job financial performance, track invoice collections, bad debt and process progress payments.. Facilitate with project scope, prepare change order paperwork, and track changes in SAP to ensure proper documentation. Ensure projects are invoiced and achieve 90% - 95% payment before elevator turnover (dependent on contractual agreement)
Customer Relationship Management - Establish and maintain critical customer relationships to support project success. Submit certified payroll, including tracking worker hours, wages, and fringe benefits in accordance with prevailing wage laws
Quality & Safety Compliance - Ensure compliance with customer and Schindler requirements for quality, performance, and passenger safety

Qualification

Required

Bachelors Degree - Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or Finance Majors
Three to seven years of proven project management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Experience in the construction, elevator or related building systems industry
Familiarity with SAP, Lotus Notes, and project management software like Procore
Ability to read schematics and blueprints
Strong financial acumen
