Responsibilities
Own new-logo MRR and revenue generation within your assigned territory
Execute the full-cycle sales process — from prospecting through closing
Engage with executive-level buyers in healthcare, financial, and professional services industries
Conduct consultative discovery to understand business needs and align them with Entech’s Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Compliance solutions
Deliver compelling presentations and technology demonstrations that clearly communicate business value
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, and Service Delivery teams to develop tailored proposals and IT roadmaps
Maintain a disciplined and transparent sales process through HubSpot and ConnectWise
Attend local networking events and represent Entech in the community as a technology thought leader
Qualification
Required
2+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or B2B technology
Proven success in prospecting, consultative selling, and closing mid-market deals
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills — able to engage both technical and financial stakeholders
A data-driven approach to territory management and pipeline development
Technical aptitude to quickly understand Managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions
Bachelor's degree preferred
This position requires the passing of a level 2 background check as well as a pre-employment drug screening
A valid driver's license is required for this position
